The CAM Team was founded in May 2008 as a Condominium Management Company. The goal was to retain a small to medium sized firm, permitting managers to give superior and yet personal service to our clients in the Clay County and Duval County area of North Florida. To date the firm manages thirty-two (32) communities, providing condo management services to approximately eight thousand doors. Our goal at the onset is still our goal today.
As a service industry, the owners and the employees of The CAM Team strive to provide Condominium Association Board of Directors as well as all owners’ fast and courteous service in all areas of day-to-day condo association operations. We believe that communications is one of the most important facets of our business, along with competency in delivery of information. We strive to answer all phone calls, emails and communications on the same day when possible. Directors are provided the managers’ cell phone number for ease of communication when needed.
With us as your condominium management company, The CAM Team will use current technology and secure up to the minute accounting software that offers around the clock accessibility to the Condo Association Board of Directors and can also permit owners to access their personal account status. The CAM Team has an accountant on staff that works closely with the Associations’ CPA and Board of Directors. Our Accounts Payable staff validates and records all invoices on a weekly basis. Members of the Condominium Association Board of Directors have accessibility to view all reports, invoices and checks that are entered into the accounting software at any time form the convenience of their own personal computer.

The CAM Team will provide designated personnel to inspect the community along with the Community Association Manager. During the inspections he/she will utilize a handheld unit that permits photographs of any item of non-compliance to be attached to the letter being sent as positive proof of violation. All violation letters will be sent as outlined in our scope of services. Board members can access the non-compliance software at any time form their own personal computers, tablet or smart phone. A monthly report is provided to the Board of all issues of non-compliance.
The CAM Team Collection Department is headed up by a licensed CAM partner / owner who works closely with the Associations’ legal counsel. A monthly report is provided of all delinquencies, foreclosures, bankruptcies and legal actions that have been authorized by the Board.
